Allowed me to do a meet and greet before booking. This was my first time leaving my pet with anyone, and they went above and beyond to ease my pet's separation anxiety. I think he had as great of a vacation as we did. Their backyard is Oak Mountain State Park - doggie heaven! Loved seeing the pics of how much my dog was enjoying his multiple walks on the trails. Will definitely be booking again.”

He sent daily updates and time stamps on potties/feedings/medicines, which is even more than we asked for. He gave our dog plenty of walks and stimulation, and send lots of pictures. We feel very comfortable leaving Charlie with Doug again!”
