“John Woo the Whoodle Takes a Vacation (2013) Pros: hosts are kind, affable, and experienced dog owners; sent daily email updates with photos; provided round-the-clock doggie care; agreed to host an energetic 4-month puppy; already had several positive reviews on DogVacay; charged affordable daily rates (David and Frank are really hosting for the fun of it and to provide some doggie company for their very friendly beagle Hunter); ensured our puppy got plenty of exercise; and offered flexible drop-off and pickup times. Hosts’ home is roomy and spotless with a beautiful and expansive backyard; plus their home is located in a dog-friendly neighbourhood. Cons: can't think of one, the hosts exceeded our expectations. Our whole DogVacay experience with David, Frank, and Hunter was PAWSOME! Here’s our experience, woof-by-woof: Woof #1: They were quick to reply to our initial queries and were open to hosting a rambunctious puppy. Woof #2: We had a very pleasant meet-and-greet at their beautiful home. They were welcoming and friendly, and we could immediately tell they were going to be great hosts based on their very happy beagle Hunter. Woof #3: We dropped off John Woo for a 7-day, 6-night stay. David and Frank showed great attention on how to care for John Woo (e.g., taking notes on feeding times and amounts). Woof #4: Daily emails and pictures arrived in our inbox. It was reassuring and fun to see pictures of John Woo going for walks, playing with Hunter, and waiting for dinner time. Woof #5: Picking up John Woo was seamless – his food, chewing toys, and feeding bowls were all packed and his crate was disassembled. Simply put, our vacation was more enjoyable because John Woo was under such great care. We can’t think of a stronger endorsement. We hope they are available the next time we’re out of town. Sincere thanks to David, Frank, and Hunter, we are most appreciative – everything was ter-ruff-ic!”

“Eva truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND during her one week stay with our pup Casper! She was thoroughly communicative both during the booking process, and daily during the week of the booking! It was so fun to end each night of our vacation going over the photos she sent us of Casper throughout the day. It looked like he was on as much of a vacation as we were! Even though Casper is truly a low maintenance dog who would be just fine with a couch to lay on and someone to dispense his meals, she made an enthusiastic effort to spoil and entertain him at every opportunity… zoomies in the hallway, pup cups from starbucks, walks to familiar places and lots of love! ❤️ 100% will book again in the future! I think she’s Caspers newest best buddy 😂”

“This was my first time boarding with Rover. I was naturally a bit nervous to leave the puppy but am so happy I left her with Anastasiia and Danylo! Our puppy loves them and smiles when she’s with them :) She was prescribed some medicine and they were great at administering all of it without any problems which was a huge help. I’m happy to say that I feel at ease and comfortable if I am ever away because I can always leave the pup with Anastasiia and Danylo.”

“Arya shes the best 👌 We left our 8 months American bulldog name Gojo 68 lbs for 9 days to Arya. Hes Super Energetic and playful Americanbulldog heavy leash fuller, Arya handle Gojo pretty well, never had a problem going out to park. At the young age gojo usually having a seperation anxiety. But he never had it. Thanks Arya We highly recommend Arya for someone looking for a handler that can love and care your dog while your away. ❤️💞❤️”
