She kept me updated and sent pictures, knowing how difficult if can be to be apart from our four-legged babies. My Emmy looked so happy while I was away. Tierney is now part of the family, and I can now have back a piece of life I’d given up since. I have every confidence and comfort in Tierney to care for it love while I’m away. “Pongo is a really anxious dog and we are really attached to each other l, with that in mind I struggle a lot to leave him anywhere because he gets really sad and doesn’t eat and gets stomach ache. Susan was awesome! Pongo really likes them, we had a lot of updates and that really kept us calm while we were on vacation. We’re so grateful we found them! Pongo got back calm and spoiled wich we love that they take of him as he was their own.”

They kept in communication with me and were flexible when my flight home was delayed. During my 2.5 week trip, they sent me text updates, photos and videos of Blaise. All were welcomed and really helped me feel secure that he was doing great. Feeding instructions were followed precisely. They even sent him home with a fresh bath and his bed and blanket washed!
