“So many great things to say about Gerardo and his wife Martha. They took my pup in last minute after a very uncomfortable situation I had with another sitter. The situation was uncomfortable and nerve wracking for us all but Gerardo and Martha went over the top for the safety and comfort of my pup and for my sanity. They went te extra mile to pick her up. They sent me frequent updates with videos and picturesof how she was doing. They took her out on long walks. Honestly I can't thank them enough and I really appreciate all they've done. I have no words to describe the gratitude I have in my heart for their help. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about your pet, Gerardo and Martha are the ones to hire! Needless to say I was nervous, however after having a meet and greet with Ms. Lorena I felt much better and proceeded to book a 2 night stay. “First time using Dog Vacay and Ashley and Gibson were awesome! They sent us multiple updates per day of our Boston Terrier Rufus. Both pictures and videos. It was very clear that he was well taken care of and based on how long he slept once we got back, he had plenty of play time. We wanted to leave him with people who had their own dogs. When we met Ashley, Gibson and their dogs before confining the stay, it was clear how good they are with dogs. Will definitely be repeat customers if we need to board Rufus again!”
