“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “Emm was great! She took Bennie on daily walks and sent daily updates on how we was doing. She let me know he was eating as he tends to have some separation anxiety and doesn’t eat when he goes new places, but he must have felt comfortable with her and her fur babies because he ate the whole weekend. I would definitely leave Bennie with her again!“

“What an amazing sitter! Megan kept my kiddo for a week and I never once doubted that he was in great hands. I got tons of adorable updates and pictures and when I picked Ozzie up, he was very calm and happy, not anxious and ready to leave the way he’s seemed with some other pet sitters in the past. She seemed very thoughtful about how she did things and accommodated everything he needed (for example covering her floor in blankets and towels because he doesn’t like walking on smooth floors, lol). Definitely will be booking with her again!“
