“Grateful to Adam B. for providing such excellent care of our 2 year old Red Golden Field Retriever 'River'. Highly recommend his services!! Our first experience utilizing Rover & couldn't be more pleased. Booking & communication with Adam went so smoothly; Adam is very prompt & proactive in his responses & planning for boarding, confirming booking details & initiating pre-care meet & greet at a mutually convenient location. His rapport & supportive approach to ensuring River was reassured while away from her home & family for a weeks timespan & calmly transitioned into his care made the experience successful for all. We could relax knowing River was in such good hands. His openess to having our affectionate River sleep near him & cuddle up on couches really helped River settle & feel safe. Adam provided fun outdoor exercise opportunities in nearby parks, daily walks & even wilderness hiking adventures! Meeting our active dog's needs. He provided regular updates & photos during her stay which our family really appreciated! “Matthew and Delaney were terrific with our 8 month old springer spaniel! This was the first time we left our pup for more than one night and they made us feel at peace with the detailed daily summaries they would provide. They opened their home to him, providing constant attention and going above and beyond with the amount of walks and exercise. We were afraid our puppy may not want to come back home! :D I cannot recommend Matthew and Delaney enough! They’re kind, caring and very responsive, and we will definitely look to use their services again in the future.”

Jaime and Isabel are absolutely amazing. Thank you very much for looking after Bobae for 2 weeks. As a senior dog, he has a few extra needs, but Jamie and Isabel did not hesitate to take them on. I received daily updates with 8+ photos! Pick and drop off where also very smooth. I look forward to having Bobae stay with Jamie and Isabel in the future.”

“Angell was AMAZING!! My 10 month old puppy Fanta had the best time with her and her sweet pup Mila. I got a ton of video and photos and knew Fanta was being taken care of amazingly! My pup is a bit of an anxious boy and I was nervous about leaving him with new people but he settled in pretty quickly and loved being around the kids. “Natasha is a very experienced sitter. Before our 3-week long trip, we sent our dog, Qbi to Daycare with Natasha 5 times so Qbi would be well prepared for his first long stay. Qbi is a timid Sheltie and needs a secure environment for him to be calm and eat well. What concerned us the most was Qbi would not eat his meal. Natasha promised us that she would make sure Qbi ate his meal every day even though she had to try many different ways and take a long time to do so. I am glad that Natasha was able to manage to have Qbi eat normally on the 2nd day. Natasha sent us photos of Qbi every day so we know how he was during his stay. Anyways, Qbi had been well taken care of and we are happy with Natasha's boarding and Daycare service.”
