She took excellent care of them and sent lots of updates throughout the week. My silly 6 month old pup managed to scratch her face on her crate and Debra noticed immediately when it wasn't healing right and spent half a night at the emergency veterinary practice I work at in order for her to get some antibiotics and a cone. “This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen.
