“If I could gave 10 stars, I would! Pragna and Adi were awesome with my pup Bailey. She was with her overnight. They were very attentive and loving with her. She took to them right away and I could tell that she missed them when I picked her up. I absolutely loved all the picture and video updates that they sent over the time Bailey was with them. I also loved that they asked for as much detail about her care as possible. I gave them a 2-page sheet of information. They welcomed it and followed it to a "T". I 1000% recommend Pragna and Adi for your pet care needs.”

“Bill and Norma watched Emma and Hannah for several days for us. It was our first time working with them as sitters. I was grateful for their patience and thoughtfulness. Hannah can be challenging, given her conversational tendencies and quirkiness. We dealt mostly with Bill. I noticed he took extra time when Hannah needed more attention. He also realized the differences in both dogs' personalities and worked to kindly manage them as they demonstrated need. I would leave our dogs with them again. They came home quiet, well adjusted and settled right back into our routine.”

“After unsuccessful stays at 2 separate, well known daycare facilities we were hesitant to try a private sitter for our 16 month old, 115 pound silver lab. We read the reviews and rating of several sitters before reaching out to Shaira and Kevin and after several messages back and forth and the initial meet and greet, we felt comfortable and confident choosing them to leave Oliver with. We were not disappointed at all! They provided regular updates, with photos and videos, and honest feedback about their experience with Oliver. Oliver did try to test the limits in his new environment, but Shaira and Kevin were understanding and reassuring about his overall behaviour and had no issues managing him. “Ryann loves animals. She has owned dogs in the past and shares the care of my son's dog at this time. She has a bearded dragon which is flourishing. Ryann owns and breeds tropical fish as well. From my observations she would be a responsible and caring individual when walking and looking after other people's pets.”

For his last stay, she sent me a message of Dawson having some "bathroom" issues and asked if that was normal for him - which it totally was - and asked if there was something she could do to help him. It gives me peace of mind that Hayley was on top of things - especially my pooch's health. Dawson always comes home happy and well rested after his stay at Hayley's.
