“I will definitely be calling Patricia again! As a first time Rover user, she was really great. She ended up being within walking distance from our home. Love the pictures she sent to let me know how our Queenie was doing. She took her on walks and was very understanding of Queenie's preferences.”
2. Chelsea H.
“Great communicator and lover of pets!!! I could tell when I arrived that Charlie was loved and cared for as her own as I was away!! 💗”
3. Elisabeth H.
“Elisabeth has been an animal lover her entire life! She has one of the kindest hearts and that is easily seen through her interaction with animals. She has walked my dog, Sonny (who is a very hyperactive GSP), many many times and he always comes home with a happy tail and ready for a nap. I highly recommend Elisabeth and her heartwarming smile and kindhearted nature to anyone looking for someone to love on their fur babies!”
4. Morgan S.
“Working with Morgan as veterinary technicians for over 5 years, has been nothing but amazing! She is so caring, patient, loving, and experienced! You can tell that animals are her life, as so many seldomly find. Morgan has experience with every dog breed, she also knows how to gain their trust easily! Her number one priority is your fur baby, as well as keeping them happy and healthy! I would definitely book with Morgan, and I trust her completely! ❤️”
5. Noah Z.
“Noah walked my dog Bunger last week. Bunger isn’t the most friendly dog in the world, but he seemed to like Noah a lot. I’m definitely considering hiring him to watch Bunger over the holidays, as I haven’t found someone that Bunger Trusts enough to have a key to the house.”
6. Keith “Lonnie” M.
“Lonnie cares for my pets as if they are his own! He leaves special notes explaining how his visit with the dog and cat went and any special details I should be aware of. Lonnie doesn't just stop by to feed and water, he actually spends time with the animals: talking, petting and just keeping them company for a bit. This is important to me, because I know the day is long for them when I'm away, and having him come means that they will have some human interaction to break up their alone time.”
7. Devin & Alexis E.
“Devin & Alexis are very mature pet handlers and have watched my two pugs on two separate occassions while I went on vacation. Both times I returned to find my dogs upbeat and happy. They are good at following instructions for care, and texted me pics of my doggos while I was away. I will use their services again.”

About: Hello!! I am genuinely so glad to meet you and have the opportunity to help you out! I have almost 8 years of experience with Rover. My main mantra is “Help you have a stress free vacation.” I fully understand that leaving your pet (baby) is stressful! I will send you daily photos and updates. If you have not heard from me by 7pm please message me and request an update! I have likely went to Kroger or something. I was born in Charleston, WV and my family still lives in the Charleston area. I attended school in Birmingham, AL where I obtained my masters in social work. I am currently a licensed social worker in the state of West Virginia, and I am working as an outpatient therapist at my office five minutes away from home. My schedule is Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM. I get an hour break during the day each day to go home and tend to the pups, so they will be let out in the middle of the day each day! I am home Saturday-Monday and the pups are my full time job during that time. The only thing I request be brought is your pets favorite food and whatever medication they are currently taking. It can also be helpful to bring whatever bed is comfortable for your pet to sleep on. If your pet is a bed sleeper, that is OK as well! My main focus is to make you and your pet as comfortable as possible. Many folks also provide me with some type of written or typed list of how their pet is preferably fed and taken out during the day. This helps me provide you with the best care possible so that whenever you come home, your pet has continued their consistent schedule. This is optional but totally cool to provide! Please message me with any questions you may have. I cannot wait to meet you and your pup! 🐾♥️ I work as an outpatient therapist Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm. I get an hour long break in the middle of the day, which I am home 50 minutes of that time. During this time pups will be taken outside and given a snack or fed if needed. All animals will be tended to. Please feel free to reach out to me during this time- typically 12pm-3pm. I send daily photos and updates. Please contact me at any time you would like. Request a meet and greet if you would like to introduce animals yourself. I can also do this professionally and safely. Thank you!

13. April S.
“I would highly recommend April to watch any pet. After looking for a forever home for our foster pet she volunteered to watch him for a week while I was out of town. He had everything he needed. She took him on multiple walks a day, gave him all the love he could ever want, and was kind enough to supply him with his own harness and leash after realizing the one I had bought was to big. She gave me constant updates about how he was doing, and she was kind enough to send so many amazing pictures while she had him. If you need anyone to watch your fur-baby I highly recommend April.”

About: I have dog sat for four years. Love to play with animals and give them all my attention. Good at reading what they need and giving them attention when they want it! I have never had any problems while dog sitting and I am sure I would be able to handle issues if they came about! Will walk dogs, feed them, bathe them, cuddle them, and give them my attention! Currently a college athlete and nursing student. Normally have class in the morning then free time for the afternoon but can let pets out before and after class and work around my schedule. Willing to stay at peoples home and spend evenings with pets or as requested. I have a yorkie terrier in my household at home that is getting old and is fragile. I have grown up with him and have learned how to do everything a dog may need. He has had a couple surgeries from having a bad neck or a bad knee so I know how to be careful when it comes to things like this. I always give animals what they need so they will be able to trust me and feel comfortable around me. I also am comfortable with administering medications (ex. Insulin, etc.)
