2. Isabella L.
“Isabella is an amazing pet sitter! First and foremost, she is dependable, reliable, and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable having her in our home, caring for our pets as if they were her own. I felt reassured all was going well when I received pics of our fur-babies playing and loving life, not even noticing we weren’t there. I knew she was taking great care of them. I’m sure you will be just as happy as I was to have Isabella for a pet sitter!💙”

About: Animals have always been drawn to me ever since I was little, so as I got older I wanted to do something with all this love I have for animals. I started off as a dog bather at PetSmart and I worked there for about 2 years. I also have experience as a dog counselor/playtime coordinator at Ruff Housing. I also have experience at Magnolia Animal Hospital as a receptionist. Some skills I have are baths, nail trimming/nail grinding, anal glad expression, ear cleaning/ear plucking, dog behavior language, giving medication /shots. I have taken care of any age dog from puppy to senior. Hello! Pet care can be an important part of one's daily or weekly routine. Depending on the type of pet and its needs, caring for a pet may involve tasks such as feeding, grooming, exercising, and providing companionship. For example, if you have a dog, your routine may include walking the dog, feeding it, and playing with it daily. Additionally, you might schedule regular bathing. Other pets like cats, birds, or fish may require different types of care, such as cleaning their living environment, providing fresh water, or engaging in interactive play. Overall, incorporating pet care into your routine involves planning and dedicating time each day to ensure your pet's well-being and happiness. Caring for pets in your own home or a client's home involves several key aspects to ensure their safety, well-being, and happiness: 1. **Environment:** Create a safe and comfortable environment for the pet by removing any hazards and providing necessary amenities like food, water, bedding, and toys. 2. **Feeding:** Follow the pet owner's instructions regarding feeding schedules, portion sizes, and dietary restrictions. Ensure that food and water bowls are clean and filled regularly. 3. **Grooming:** Depending on the type of pet, grooming may involve brushing their fur, trimming nails, cleaning ears, and bathing. Follow proper grooming techniques and use appropriate products to keep the pet clean and healthy. 4. **Exercise:** Engage pets in regular physical activity to keep them mentally stimulated and physically fit. This may include walks, playtime, or other forms of exercise suitable for the pet's breed and age. 5. **Medical Care:** Administer any medications as prescribed by the owner and monitor the pet's health for any signs of illness or injury. Follow proper protocols for handling emergencies and contact the owner or veterinarian as needed. 6. **Behavioral Care:** Provide companionship and social interaction to address the pet's emotional needs. Offer positive reinforcement for good behavior and address any behavioral issues through training and redirection. 7. **Security:** Ensure that the home environment is secure, especially if caring for pets in a client's home. This includes securely closing doors and gates, checking for potential escape routes, and following any specific security protocols provided by the owner. Overall, caring for pets in a home setting requires attention to detail, adherence to specific instructions from the owner, and a commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for the pet's well-being.

9. Virginia F.
“Hey Dog Owners! If you're on the hunt for the ultimate pet sitter, look no further—Virginia is your go-to gal! She's the kind of person who's all about fun and has a heart as big as her smile, especially when it comes to dogs. It's like she speaks their language! Her place is a pup's dream come true. We're talking a lush green, fenced-in yard where your fur baby can zip around and have a ball. It's doggy Disneyland over there! Plus, her house is all set up for cozy naps and playtime, so it's basically a five-star retreat for your four-legged friend. Virginia treats every dog like her own, showering them with love and making sure they're having the time of their lives. Honestly, your dog might have so much fun they won't want to leave! So, if you want your pup in hands that care while you're away, Virginia's your girl. She's a total dog whisperer and just the kind of person you want spoiling your pooch rotten. Cheers, Kristin”

About: In addition to owning dogs for the last 2 decades, I’ve rescued dogs for the last 5 years. I’ve fostered over 70 dogs over the last few years in my home, and have dealt with all kinds of behavioral/medical cases. I’ve worked with feral dogs, resource guarding, stranger danger, separation anxiety, dog selectivity, dog reactivity, etc. I work full time from home but travel often, my availability is up to date. I’m usually out of the house for 2-3 hours/day and when I’m not home your dog will either be crated or closed off in the dog bed room (whichever you prefer). I have a fenced in yard and 2 dogs of my own for companionship. I also have foster dogs in and out of the house, but those will only be introduced to your pet if we have agreed on it. I can handle many behavioral needs, but need to know in advance before committing. I can also keep your pup separate from my dogs if you have a pup whose better as an only dog.
11. Carly A.
“My 4 year old 50lb hound mix absolutely adores his Auntie Carly! He gets very excited to see her and the feeling is obviously mutual. Sometimes my dog can get very excited and a bit too jumpy for his size - Carly handles him very well anyhow! She is super kind, attentive, and respectful towards all doggies and their owners (and she’s athletic so that’s a big plus for walks and playing)! I have no doubt that your fur baby will enjoy her company.”
12. Kathleen J.
“Katie is the absolute BEST dog sitter, and I can’t recommend her enough!! Every time she watches my fur babies I know that not only are they getting tons of attention but love too! She makes sure they get plenty of exercise, play time, and even takes them on little adventures. My pups always come home with even better manners than I dropped them off with. Thanks for taking such great care of my babies Katie (and Max!)”
13. Hannah E.
“Hannah is reliable and great with animals. She was very involved with the upbringing of my dog, Millie, who was 6 weeks old when I got her. Hannah gave her endless love and attention and was very patient with her puppy-ness. Aside from my personal experiences I have seen Hannah with other animals and she is a dog-lover to her core. She has great work ethic and if needed I would confidently rely on her assistance with my pets in any capacity from dog walking to general pet care.”
14. Pouran M.
About: I am a huge dog lover! Growing up I have had dogs (usually more than one) at all times. I have been volunteering as a dog walker/ socializer at the animal shelter for 5+ years. I am a recent NCSU grad working part time with an open and flexible schedule. I have lots of pet sitting experience with both cats and dogs. I love adventuring with dogs! Taking them on hikes, swimming, or to the dog park to play. My parents have owned both a Chihuahua and a Rottweiler for almost 8 years so I feel experienced and comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I am also full-time dog mom to my long haired miniature dachshund named Tofu :) I have extensive experience with dogs in all stages, from young puppies to seniors. I enjoy longs walks and running, I also bathe and groom dogs often, both my own dogs and shelter dogs. My schedule is very flexible and I have plenty of time and love to give! I am available over the weekends for boarding, and day care, week days I work 12-5 (my dog stays in his crate) and am wide open outside of that. My apartment complex has a dog park that’s usually empty, as well as large open grass areas where i walk my dog. My apartment is large and very dog-proofed. I love to walk and jog and live near several trails!

About: I have loved with and taken care of cats and dogs since I can remember, and been my neighbors go-to option for taking their dogs on walks on the weekends, and while they were away. I am working a full time job 7-4 in west Raleigh, and I am available most every weekend and in the afternoons, everyday. I could also come by on my lunch breaks if needed around raleigh. I have long lunch breaks if you need someone to stop by and tire the pups out before you get home, or if you want to do a meet and greet midday, I am very flexible. I do not care for other pets in my home at this time, but me and my kitty love spending time together and playing with his strings and other toys.
