She was super responsive to texts and reliably sent pictures and videos of Mello throughout the entire day which made me feel so at ease that Mello was having a good time and felt safe! She reliably took and sent pictures of their walks and activities such as car rides, her kids playing and interacting with him, etc and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
